The update gives access to the cathedral. You can have sex with the Holy Mother and touch the breasts of the Holy Sisters.

To get in the cathedral you have to first meet Sister V in the forest after you rebuild the bridge and pass below the stones. If you met her already in your previous save it should work when you import it. 

The job now takes less time and the salary was increased a bit again.
